Dr. Zhang Kai, founder and Chairman of the company, holds his Ph.D. degree from the University of Miami, and he is a postdoctoral fellow at the Georgia Institute of Technology. Dr. Zhang Kai has over 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. He has extensive leadership experience, as well as new drug application and R&D of drug delivery system experience. He has received funding support from the “12th Five-Year Plan” Major New Drug Innovation Projects in China. He also used to lead the clinical development of paclitaxel for injection, and established the inhalation product division, which has successfully developed several inhalation products that got FDA approval.

Ms.Cai Xin is the co-founder and CEO of the company.She is currently responsible for the operation of the company. Ms. Cai Xin graduated from the School of Medicine of Shanghai Jiao Tong University and has more than 25 years of working experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including 10 years of marketing management experience in large multinational pharmaceutical companies GSK and Roche, and 15 years of start-up management experience. She was the co-founder and vice president of marketing operations of Kanglian Pharmaceutical, a listed company in Taiwan, and the founder and CEO of Shanghai Sinomedcare Biotechnology Co., Ltd.

Mr. Zeng Zhaochuan is the co-founder and Executive President of the company, and is currently responsible for the international business development of OMNI. Mr. Zeng received his master degree at Florida Atlantic University, and his MBA from Nova Southeastern University. He has more than 10 years of work experience, including R&D in large pharmaceutical companies in the United States. He also has more than 10 years of experience as the head of drug analysis departments in some of the world's leading pharmaceutical companies. With unique insights on formulation analysis, he has worked with Dr. Zhang Kai for many years, to assist in the development of high-value products, such as Paclitaxel.
